RIB RODS

Pack of 5 Rib Rods. This is a product I designed that replaces the nipple or grommet on your machine, it clips on to your pushrod and gives the pushrod ribs for the rubber band to grip on to. This is especially helpful for machines with a tuned stroke, or a springed mechanism that is affected by the various tensions of cartridges. The primary method of compensating for that back tension of the cartridges is by adjusting the rubber band up or down on the pushrod. 

Positioning the rubber band up or down on the pushrod can create more down force, and create more pre-load on some machines allowing the a cartridge setup to function as close to needle on bar as possible. This system works incredibly on the Steeldriver. 

Rib Rods are made of a UMHW material, it is non porous and can be surface disinfected. If you used properly each Rib Rod should last as long as your push rod.

You may need to open the eyelet on your pushrod. If that connection is too tight it could lead to breakage.
